PA DCNR Invasive Species Management Plan

X. PERFORMANCE MEASURES, FEEDBACK, PERIODIC REVIEW of PLAN

As a dynamic document, this plan will be updated at regular intervals to be established by the Invasive Species Team. Updates will depend on constant feedback from the field and Bureaus, including information regarding partnerships with external groups.

Recommendations

1. Institutionalize a departmental process for updating and implementing the plan.

2. Obtain assistance to establish practical performance measures from the DCNR consultants who are developing the “learning tool” for the Action Plan process.
