The Hufman Lodge can be reserved by calling 888-PA-PARKS, Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. except state holidays. The lodge can be reserved up to 11 months in advance or as little as three days before the day of arrival. Only for reservations two days or less in advance, call Laurel Hill State Park at 814-445-7725 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. (closed weekends from Labor Day to Memorial Day).

Make a reservation.
Check-in time begins at 3 p.m. (if scheduled to arrive after 4 p.m., campers must contact the park office to arrange key acquisition) and check-out is 10 a.m. the day of departure.
With each phone call to 888-PA-PARKS (888-727-2757), up to two reservations can be made for the peak seasons, and three reservations can be made for the off-season. The following information is required for each reservation: name, phone number, address, number of people, and check-in and check-out dates.
Reservations can be made using MasterCard, VISA, and Discover credit cards, money orders, or personal, traveler’s and cashier’s checks. Full payment is required within two weeks or the reservation will be automatically canceled. Reservations must be made by a person at least 18 years old.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your cabin reservation in advance, there is a cancellation fee. During the peak seasons there are no refunds after check-in. In the off-season, you can cut short your stay and receive a refund of the unused portion of your reservation.
The peak rental periods are from the second Friday in June to the day before the third Friday in August, and the Friday before Thanksgiving to the first Friday in March.
The lodge must be rented for a one-week period from the Friday after Memorial Day to the Friday before Labor Day. For the rest of the year, the lodge must be rented for a minimum of two days, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive days.
Cabin prices need to add 6 % Pa. hotel tax.

- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
- Pets are prohibited in lodge.
- Do your part to keep wildlife wild. Enjoy wildlife from a safe distance. Do not feed or approach wild animals.
- Prevent forest fires by using appropriate facilities and properly disposing of hot coals. Do not leave a fire unattended.
- Quiet hours are 9 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- Cutting any live vegetation is prohibited.
Damages and Campers’ Responsibilities
The Hufman Lodge must be left in the condition it was found – visitors are responsible for properly disposing of refuse. Campers will be financially responsible for any damages incurred including broken or missing items, carvings or graffiti. Smoking inside the lodge is prohibited.
