Reduced Campsite Prices Program for Senior Citizens
People 62 years of age or older, with proof of age, will be
given a $4.50 reduction on the base campsite price at any
campground operated by the Pennsylvania Bureau of State Parks,
for any night. To receive the reduced price, a senior citizen must
be part of the camping party. The state park regulation
pertaining to the maximum number of people per site will be
enforced.
Identification For Senior Citizens
To receive the reduced campsite price, a proper form of identification must be presented to the
issuing agent at the time of registration. These are some suggested forms of ID:
- Drivers License - PA Dept. of Transportation
- Non-Drivers Photo License - PA Dept. of Transportation
- Railroad Retirement Health
Insurance Card - Railroad Retirement Board
- Senior Resident Fishing License - PA
Fish and Boat Commission
- Senior Resident Hunting License - PA
Game Commission
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate
- Military Discharge of Separation
Documents
- Other official proof of age
